What is PRP therapy?
At New Body Aesthetics, we combine the benefits of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with those of microneedling in order to provide results that are unmatched by any other similar treatment. Before the session begins, Dr. Cory Gaiser will remove a small sample of your blood, which will then be put through a centrifuge to extract the platelet-rich plasma. Once the microneedling begins, this PRP will then be slowly released into the skin in order to further enhance your results. Schedule an appointment with our office in Cincinnati, OH to discover firsthand how this revolutionary treatment could work for you.

PRP Therapy FAQs
How long do results from PRP therapy last?
While results can vary, depending on how each patient's body responds to the treatment, they are generally considered to be long-lasting, especially when compared to traditional microneedling. With PRP therapy, most patients can expect to see results that are both more immediate and longer-lasting.
What are the benefits of microneedling with PRP?
During the process of microneedling, tiny micro-injuries are created in the skin. These micro-injuries make it easy for your body to absorb the PRP solution, which can make the results faster and more effective.
How much does PRP therapy cost?
The exact price of microneedling with PRP can vary, depending on the size of the targeted area, as well as the severity of the skin. During your appointment, our team will assess your skin and be able to provide a cost estimate for your treatment.
Is PRP therapy painful?
Microneedling with PRP is not considered to be any more painful than traditional microneedling. While patients will feel small pricks across the afflicted area, the treatment is often described as only slightly uncomfortable. Prior to the procedure, we will apply a topical anesthetic in order to ensure your comfort throughout your time in our office.
